Tamara Hoffman, RD, LDN
Hi! I am a wife and mom of three beautiful girls. I am a donut loving, fried chicken eating, cold brew drinking mom. I know how hard it can be to get meals on the table that everyone will like and that will be nutritious. I know sometimes snacks are veggie straws and fruit snacks.
Despite all of that we need to model good habits for our kids and that goes all the way down to what we eat. I can help you to plan healthy meals for your family and give ideas for snacks that kids will love. I can also help with showing how you can still fit in all your favorite foods and drinks without feeling guilty. I started off as a clinical dietitian. I worked in hospitals for over 9 years and learned a lot. The biggest thing I learned was that I wanted to help people before they get to that point. Then after having my first child I noticed I cared a lot about what I fed her. I wanted her to like fruits and vegetables but also wanted to ensure she knew that she could eat things like donuts and cookies. This led me here. To starting my own practice to help moms like you who were just trying hard to get healthy food on the table that everyone will eat.
